The /games pages on bookswhale.com introduce BooksWhale games, source notes, store links, release status, and support routes. Those website pages are governed by the main BooksWhale Privacy Policy for account, analytics, contact, security, and operational data.

Standalone games may also have title-specific privacy notes in their store listings or in-game settings. If a title-specific policy differs because of platform requirements or game features, that title-specific disclosure controls for that game.

BooksWhale games are designed as premium standalone works, not advertising-supported services. Our current direction is to avoid third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral ad profiles, public social posting, and unnecessary data collection.

A game may store local progress, settings, accessibility preferences, language choices, save data, or completion state on your device so the game can resume correctly. Local data normally stays on the device unless a future title clearly introduces account sync or cloud features.

BooksWhale games should not request camera, microphone, contacts, photos, precise location, health, financial, or advertising identifier access unless that access is necessary for a specific game feature and is disclosed before release.

If a platform provides crash reports, purchase receipts, install statistics, or storefront analytics, BooksWhale may review that information through the platform's developer tools to operate, support, and improve the game.

Purchases, refunds, subscriptions, taxes, family sharing, regional availability, and payment credentials are handled by the platform where the game is distributed, such as App Store or Google Play.

BooksWhale does not receive complete payment card numbers from those platforms. We may receive limited transaction, entitlement, country or region, product, and receipt information needed to verify access, respond to support requests, and meet platform obligations.

If you contact BooksWhale about a game, we collect the information you choose to send, such as email address, device or platform, game title, version, screenshots, and a description of the issue.

Please do not send passwords, full payment details, private keys, or sensitive personal information in support messages. Game support requests may be retained as needed to resolve the issue, maintain records, and improve future releases.
